Please note that a booking is a contractual agreement. We have a 72 hour cancellation policy, cancellation within 72 hours of your arrival date will result in a charge equal to the full value of your first nights stay.
A no show will be charged for the full amount of one night's stay.
Refunds for paid bookings on this website will be minus the transfer (bank/credit card) costs associated with sending the money to the customers account

Online Credit Card Bookings are not available for bookings within 72 hours.
To follow a correct complaints procedure, any dissatisfaction of the property reserved must be communicated to us during a stay. We cannot assist in any dispute for complaints that are advised only upon return.
Up to 2 Children Under 8 years can stay for free using existing bedding.
