Transfer One Way From OR To Suvarnabhumi Airport is 150 Bt per room (per trip).
Day Rooms Are Available At The Same Rate as our nighty rates (day rooms are available from 06:00 - 23:59 Daily). To book a day room, please book 1 night, in the comments section write day room with applicable times.

Terms & Conditions - Important Information

All Rates are Inclusive of Government Tax and Service Charge.

If you require transfer from Suvarnabhumi airport we will inform you of our transfer meeting place and details upon booking. We only offer transfer to and/or from BKK Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Day room rates are the same as nightly rates - if you wish to book - please book 1 night - in the comments section write day room and the times - Day Rooms are only available from 06:00 - 23:59 same day.Day rooms can only be booked & guaranteed when making a reservation direct with us on this website - no exceptions.

Room Rates Plans A to B are valid from April 2013 - October 2014

Check in is from 13.00hrs - Check out is 12.00 hrs

To follow a correct complaints procedure, any dissatisfaction of the property reserved must be communicated to us during a stay. We cannot assist in any dispute for complaints that are advised only upon return.

Where Breakfast is included in the room deal - breakfast is not included for children sharing a room with their parents. Should an extra bed have been booked, breakfast will be included.

Baby Crib is available on request for children.

Cancellation or modification within 7 Days of booking will be charged 1 night.

No Discounts on Rates

The Hotel reserves the right to charge the guest our website rates if the guest has no paid reservation.

If the guest has no confirmation voucher upon arrival the Hotel reserves the right to seek further verification, if after further verification their is no paid confirmation, the hotel will charge the website rates.

Maximum Occupancy - Single room allows - 1 Adult + 1 Child (under 8 Years) = 2 Occupants; Double/Twin Room allows - 2 Adults + 2 Child (under 8 years) = 4 Occupants; Triple Room allows - 3 Adults + 2 Child (under 8 years) = 5 Occupants;

Bedding Configuration - Single room = Double Bed; Double room = Double Bed; Twin room = 2 Single Beds; & Triple room = 1 Double Bed & 1 Single Bed (we are unable to offer different bedding configurations); Where Breakfast is inclusive - it is only applicable for Adults.

The Hotel is unable to refund any unsed inclusions (Breakfast, transfer, etc) in the guests booking.

In case of a cancellation of Bookings made on this website we only accept cancellations by the following methods, Please contact us As Soon As Possible via Email - bookings@queensgardenresort.net or by Fax: +66 (0) 2 172 614 Only. Cancellations cannot be accepted by Telephone via Reception

If You select Pre-payment Option - You must make payment for rooms booked on this site at the time of booking and you agree to make payment via a debit to your nominated credit card. The amount debited will be the amount shown on our Thaiepay booking page prior to you clicking the "Submit Now" button on that page.

A no show will be charged for the full amount of one night's stay.

Refunds for paid bookings (not incl. 4% credit card surcharge) on this website will be minus 350 Bt Transfer Handling Charge

Pets: We do not accept pets.

Paid Online Bookings via this Website: If the credit card holder is not checking in we will need the PASSPORT ID page of the credit card holder to verify the booking (please email to us). Failure to adhere to this may result in the Hotel needing to take additional measures to verify the reservation and/or your reservation may not be honoured by the Hotel
