- If you require transfer from Suvarnabhumi airport we will inform you of
our transfer meeting place and details upon booking. We only offer transfer to and/or from BKK Suvarnabhumi Airport.
- Day room rates are the same as nightly rates - if you wish to book - please book 1 night - in the comments section write day room and the times - Day Rooms are only available from 06:00 - 23:59 same day.Day rooms can only be booked & guaranteed when making a reservation direct with us on this website - no exceptions
- In the rare occassion that overbooking or non availability occurs, we reserve the right to find the guest alternative accommodation at a partner hotel at no additional cost.

- To follow a correct complaints procedure, any dissatisfaction of the property reserved must be communicated to us during a stay. We cannot assist in any dispute for complaints that are advised only upon return.

- Best Price guarantee is only applicable to room only deals. If you can find a cheaper room only deal for the same dates (available to the general public on the internet) including tax and service charge for our hotel on the internet, we will match that price and refund 5%. This offer is only applicable if notified of the cheaper rate within 24 hours of making the booking on our website. We will require the booking link of the cheaper rate, we will then advise you of our descision within 24 hours.
- If You select Pre-payment Option - You must make payment for rooms booked on this site at the time of booking and you agree to make payment via a debit to your nominated credit card. The amount debited will be the amount shown on our Thaiepay booking page prior to you clicking the "Submit Now" button on that page.
- Questions Or Bookings: we dont offer call back services. Questions are to be answered via email. Booking confirmations will be made online. please provide valid email address.

- The Hotel is unable to refund any unsed inclusions (Breakfast, transfer, etc) in the guests booking.

- Historical Announcement >> Due to problems with the buildings at Soi 7, Queen's Garden Resort moved From June, 2012 to it's Sister Hotel - The Great Residence, until 2014/15. For the duration of our stay we will be known as Queen's Garden Resort At The Great Residence. Regards, The Management. All content on our website is upto date with the correct images, text, location map and address. We accept no liability for non compliance with the address/details change.
- Paid Online Bookings via this Website: If the credit card holder is not checking in we will need the PASSPORT ID page of the credit card holder to verify the booking (please email to us). Failure to adhere to this may result in the Hotel needing to take additional measures to verify the reservation and/or your reservation may not be honoured by the Hotel
- Our Secure Payment system accepts Credit card, Mastercard and Amex/American Express Cards only.
- Queen's Garden Resort act only as an agent for Limousine Services and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any loss, damages accidents, change of schedule, or other irregularities caused or arising from circumstances beyond their control.
- Third party advertisements and links to other sites (incl. amazon shopping & bangkokairportlimo.com) where goods or services are advertised are not endorsements or recommendations by Queen's Garden Resort of the third party sites, goods or services. - If the guest has no confirmation voucher upon arrival the Hotel reserves the right to seek further verification, if after further verification their is no paid confirmation, the hotel will charge the website rates.
- Pets: We do not accept pets.
- Single room allows - 1 Adult + 1 Child (under 8 Years) = 2 Occupants.
- Double/Twin Room allows - 2 Adults + 2 Child (under 8 years) = 4 Occupants.
- Triple Room allows - 3 Adults + 2 Child (under 8 years) = 5 Occupants.
|Cancellation Or No Show
- Cancellation or modification within 7
Days of booking will be charged 1 night.
- Refunds for paid bookings (not incl. 4% Credit Card Surcharge & 6% Tax) on this website will be minus 350 Bt Transfer Handling Charge
- A no show will be charged for the full amount of the booking (we keep booked rooms reserved for the guest for the duration of the booking, if you do not wish to use the room, it is in the guests interest to please cancel the booking)
- In case of a cancellation of Bookings made on this website we only accept cancellations by the following methods, Please contact us As Soon As Possible via Email - firstname.lastname@example.org or by Fax: +66 (0) 2 172 614 Only (once we have received and acknowledged the cancellation your cancellation request becmes valid). Cancellations cannot be accepted by Telephone via Reception
