  • ANSWERS:

    1. When will I get a response to my reservation request?

    We will contact you within a few hours - However, due to different time zones, this can be delayed up to 12 hours.

    2. How do I make a booking?

    Simply fill in our online booking form - ONLINE BOOK FORM

    3. How can I make payment?

    We offer flexible payment options: 1. You can pay upon arrival; or 2. You can pay online (request online payment on the booking form - we will send a secure payment link)

    4. What is your cancellations policy?

    Please note that a booking is a contractual agreement. We have a 7 day cancellation policy, cancellation within 7 days of your arrival date will result in a charge equal to the full value of your first nights stay.

    5. What if I need to change my dates?

    If you booked direct with us this can be done at any time up to the date of arrival.

    6. I booked via a Travel/Booking Agent and I'de like to amend or cancel my booking - how do I do this?

    You'll need to contact the Travel/Booking Agent you made the initial booking through - we are unable to amend or cancel a booking that wasn't made direct with us.

    7. What's the latest time I can check in?

    Due to our close proximity to Suvarnabhumi Airport we keep reserved rooms available to 07:00 the following morning.

    8. What are your standard Check in and out Times?

    Check in 13:00 and Check out 12:00.

    9. Can I check in early?

    Yes. Early Check-in: After 08:00 is charged at half day rate; Early Check-in: Before 08:00 is charged at Full day rate. This in is an additional service, which is only applicable if you have a nights booking.

    10. Can I check out late?

    Yes. Late Check out: Before 18:00 is charged at half day rate; Late Check out: After 18:00 is charged at Full day rate. This in is an additional service, which is only applicable if you have a nights booking.

    11. How much is a Day Room?

    Our Day Room rates are priced the same as our nightly rates. With Day rooms we offer flexible times.

    12. Are there any other charges I have to pay, other than what is shown as booking price?

    No. The price mentioned on our website is inclusive of all taxes and service charges.

    13. How Much Are Airport transfers?

    Transfer one way per room is charged at 150 Bt.

    14. What is the procedure for Airport pick up?

    Please go to Exit Door 4 or 5 (inside arrivals) and look for the Green Queen's Garden Resort sign (staff are there 24 hrs a day/ 7 days a week); that member of staff will then ensure you will be transferred.

    15. Why do I need to pre-book?

    Our online prices represent substantial savings versus just turning up

    16. Does Queen's Garden Resort provide private parking for its guests?

    Yes, we do have limited space.

    17. Are lifts/elevators provided for guests to the guest floors?

    No - not at present. We only have 4 floors - porters are available to carry your bags

    18. Is a 24 hr front desk available?

    Yes

    19. Is Internet Access available?

    Yes - we have broadband and wireless available for a small fee.

    20. Are handicapped/disabled rooms provided?

    Yes, but limited rooms only. Please request when making reservations.

    21. Are your rooms non smoking?

    Yes, all rooms are non smoking

    22. What kind of food is served for breakfast?

    American Breakfast

    23. I have particular dietary needs - can you arrange a specific meal?

    Please inform reception at check in, they will advise you if they are able to offer this and the cost of this meal
