Please note that a booking is a contractual agreement. We have a 7 day cancellation policy, cancellation within 7 days of your arrival date will result in a charge equal to the full value of your first nights stay - no exceptions.
A no show will be charged for the full amount of one night's stay.
Refunds for paid bookings ((not incl. 5% credit card surcharge) on this website will be minus the transfer (bank/credit card) costs associated with sending the money to the customers account

Online Credit Card Bookings are not available for bookings within 72 hours.
All rooms are classified as Standard Rooms only.
To follow a correct complaints procedure, any dissatisfaction of the property reserved must be communicated to us during a stay. We cannot assist in any dispute for complaints that are advised only upon return.
Up to 2 Children Under 8 years can stay for free using existing bedding.
Pets: We do not accept pets. Certified Blind Guests accompanied with their guide dog is acceptable.
Connecting Rooms - In the unlikely event of a double booking, paid bookings via this website will have priority.
Queen's Garden Resort act only as an agent for Limousine Services and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any loss, damages accidents, change of schedule, or other irregularities caused or arising from circumstances beyond their control.
